Karisma Selekt is an exclusive membership for high-achieving entrepreneurs with 6- and 7-figure businesses, offering a curated environment for growth through monthly Think Tanks, exclusive experiences, Monk Mode retreats, and access to all Karisma events at no additional cost.

Who is Karisma Selekt for?

Karisma Selekt is designed for entrepreneurs with established businesses generating 6 or 7 figures in annual revenue. The higher your ARR, the higher your chances of being selected, as we aim to match you with peers at a similar stage of business growth.

What’s included in the membership?

The membership includes monthly Think Tank sessions, access to exclusive experiences, and all existing Karisma events at no extra cost. Members also benefit from curated connections with like-minded peers to help elevate their personal and professional growth.

How does the Think Tank work?

Think Tank sessions are monthly, structured meetings where members present their challenges, set goals, and receive feedback from peers in a supportive, confidential environment. Each session is facilitated to ensure productive outcomes.

What are Monk Mode retreats?

Monk Mode retreats are intensive, purpose-driven experiences designed to help you achieve in 1-2 weeks what would typically take 1-2 months. They include elements like saunas or ice baths for rejuvenation. While not included in the membership price, these retreats are offered at near-cost to provide maximum value.

What are the exclusive experiences?

Exclusive experiences are intimate, curated events designed to connect you with peers at your level and mentors a few steps ahead. These experiences foster deep connections and provide unique insights that propel your growth. Members can also bring a guest, though priority is given to other members.

What happens to my existing Karisma membership if I upgrade to Karisma Selekt?

When you upgrade to Karisma Selekt, your existing Karisma membership will be included in the new one, and you will stop paying for the previous membership. You'll enjoy all the benefits of Karisma Selekt without any overlap or extra costs from your old membership.

How do I apply, and what’s the selection process?

Interested members must go through an application process that includes an interview to ensure alignment with our community values. This extensive process helps us maintain the high standards of the group.

How much does Karisma Selekt cost?

Pricing is revealed during the application process once we determine that you’re a good fit. Founding members receive a heavily reduced price and perks not available after the initial launch. You can choose to pay monthly, biannually, or annually, with discounts available for upfront annual payments.

Can I pause my membership?

Memberships cannot be paused. However, you can choose not to renew at the end of your billing period if needed.

Can I bring a guest to events or retreats?

You can bring one guest to exclusive experiences and Monk Mode retreats, but priority is given to other members.
